A. 아키바팜은 일본 현지에서 일본 법인 회사가 운영하는 서브컬쳐 상품 전용 온라인 쇼핑몰입니다.

판매하고 있는 모든 상품은 일본 제조사 혹은 도매점과 직접 계약을 맺고 불필요한 물류 비용를

삭감해 고객님께 조금이나마 저렴한 가격으로 제공해 드리고자 노력하고 있습니다.

어떤 결제 방법을 사용할 수 있나요?

A. 현재 이용가능한 결제 방법은 신용카드 결제입니다. 비자와 마스터, JCB가 사용가능하며 모든 결제는 일본 엔을

기준으로 이뤄집니다.

판매되고 있는 상품은 전부 정품인가요?

Q. 판매되고 있는 상품은 전부 정품인가요?

A. 아키바팜에서 판매되고 있는 전 상품 모두 제조사 혹은 공식 도매점에서 직접 공급받고 있는 100% 정품입니다.

또한 아키바팜 사이트 역시 일본 정부에 성인 관련 상품을 판매할 시 필요한 허가증을 취득한 공식업체이니 편하게

믿고 이용하실 수 있는 곳 입니다.

예약 상품 결제방법은 어떻게 되나요?

Q. 예약 상품 결제방법은 어떻게 되나요?

A. 아키바팜에서 예약 상품 결제시 선택할 수 있는 방법은 2가지가 있습니다.

*전액결제

->주문을 하실 때 상품 전액을 결제하시는 방법입니다. 상품은 일본에서 상품이 발매된 날로부터

1~4일 이내로 고객님께 발송이 시작됩니다.


*선금분할결제(편할 때 결제)

->주문을 하실 때 상품의 일정금액만을 예약금으로 결제하고 나머지 금액은 결제가 가능한 기간동안 편하실 때

결제를 하시면 되는 아키바팜 독자적인 방법입니다. 결제 가능 기간은 제조사에서 공식 상품 발매 예정일 1달전

까지이며 그 동안 아무때나 환율 혹은 재정상태를 고려하셔서 편하실 때 나머지 금액을 결제하시면 됩니다.

단, 결제 기간 동안 나머지 결제가 확인되지 않는 경우에는 상품은 자동적으로 취소가 되며 예약금은 환불되지

않으니 이 점꼭 주의해 주시기 바랍니다. 나머지 금액이 확인된 고객님의 상품은 일본에서 상품이 발매된 날로부터

1~4일이내로 한국으로 발송이 시작됩니다.

결제한 예약상품은 취소가 가능한가요?

A. 아직 예약기간중 일 경우에는 언제든지 취소가 가능하십니다.

결제 취소시 아직 신용카드 결제 취소가 가능한 상태라면 바로 대응을 해드립니다.

만약, 이미 카드 결제 승인이 난 경우라면 페이팔 혹은 라인 송금 페이(일본에서 한국으로)등을 통해

고객님께 결제해 주신 엔에 맞춰 환불해 드리고 있습니다.

만약 예약 기간이 종료된 상품의 경우에는 전액결제의 경우 상품가격의 20%를, 선금후불결제의 경우에는 처음

지불하신 예약금이 위약금으로 차감되오니 이 좀 꼭 유의해 주시기 바랍니다.

A. Of course it's possible.

Let me show you contents in the actual Onahole's package. (This is [Moe Trinity Hard Onahole])

Generally in the Onahole package, there are 2 products inside, Onahole body and small lube for using 1~2 times.

If you want to remove the external package, we'll pack only body and small sample lube in your parcel.

External box, plastic blister(if body doesn't wrap with plastic bag, we will send it with blister), (if it include) manual or brochure will be removed.


※ Generally, small sample lube included in Onahole, but some products don't. And if lube is Anime-illustrated, we will not send it.

This is the order form you will receive by email after your order.

The e-mail arrives almost immediately when you place an order, with the full name of products and shipping address on the order form. Sometimes it contains sensitive words.

After shipping, you will receive new e-mail with tracking number in same form.


Please treat your email personally. We recommend ordering when you have private time.

This email will be sent to you automatically. If you have any questions about the mail, please do not reply directly to it. We can receive e-mail from direct reply, but it may occur errors sometimes.

A. Sorry but as this is an international shipping, your order cannot be changed/cancelled after shipment.

Before shipping, cancellation is possible. Please feel free sent e-mail to us. ([email protected])

If you want to make a change your order, please cancel your order once and reorder.

A. We cannot determine whether the order is subject to local customs in your country.

Please follow the customs payment procedure according to the import regulations of each country and local customs.

A. Although we have close ties with each brand and wholesaler, sometimes it takes a little longer than usual for some goods to be supplied.

In this case, we will contact you by e-mail separately. You can cancel the delayed item for faster shipment, or choose to wait.

Points are applied to the discount in Japanese yen.

If you cannot use or cannot find it, please contact us.

A. Only VISA, Master, JCB credit cards are available.

Some debit cards can be available, but it's very different with each banks.

If you used a debit card and were denied, try another debit card or use a credit card.

Payment) What is written on my credit card statement at checkout?

If your credit card is JCB, the payment name will be 4~6 letters of English and numbers that randomly selected.

(for example, [Oct.15 : HCY BST $49.99] like that)

If VISA or MasterCard, it will be "AkibaFarm".

This will change to another letter in the near future. (For example, as our company name "KW JAPAN", etc.)

Shipping) Which shipping options can I choose?

A. All AkibaFarm's products will be shipped via Japan Post.

You can choose one of four shipping options: EMS, SAL and 2 kinds of e-Packet.

A. Let me show you our actual default packaging box.

We ship your package totally discreet.

The box is a plain paper box without any logo or text for your privacy.

There are icons at top right of the wide side, which are the international handling symbols(ex. fragile), and do not provide any information about the contents of your parcel.

This box is thick and hard enough and will protect your product with a cushioning material inside.

Your shipping note will be attatched to the surface of the box, but we simply write the name of all the contents as "Toy Figure (No battery, adhesive, alcohol)" unless you have a special request about it.

And of course, you can ask us to send you only the contents of Onahole without any external package or manual. In this case, we’ll send only Onahole with sample lube if it’s included in the box.


If you have any special request about your shipping or packing, please feel free to write about it in a comment box at the checkout menu when you order.

A. The number of items and shipping charges are not relevant.

However, shipping costs may increase depending on the weight of the product.

Shipping) There is only EMS for the shipping options I can choose. What happened to me?

A. Other shipping options except EMS have a weight limit of 2kg and a volume limit of 90cm.

And in some countries, ePacket or SAL are not delivered.

If exceeded, non-selectable options will not be shown automatically.

We are really sorry, but please choose EMS or try to reduce the number of products.
